The Blowfish-

有一天, 一隻河豚在河裡游泳, 突然———–一頭撞在橋墩上。牠不知道自己應該避開橋墩, 反而十分憤怒的認為是橋墩故意撞上牠的。於是, 河豚張開了鰓和鰭, 鼓起肚子在水面上漂浮著, 好久好久一動也不動。這時候, 正好有一隻老膺飛來, 很快的把河豚抓住, 一下子就把牠吃掉。

One day a blowfish was swimming along in a river when…suddenly, it slams headfirst into a pier. Instead of knowing to avoid the pier, the blowfish believed angrily that the pier had collided with him on purpose. So the blowfish stretched open its gills and fins, puffed up its abdomen, then floated to the surface where it stays for a long time without moving. This is when, by chance, an eagle was flying over – which grabbed hold of the blowfish, and devoured him at once that instant.

Brow, Eye, Nose, Mouth-

每個人的臉上, 都有眉毛、眼睛、鼻子和嘴巴: 有一天, 嘴巴對鼻子說: [你到底有什麼好本領, 位置為什麼在我的上面?] 鼻子回答嘴巴說:[因為我能分別香和臭, 然後你才可以吃。所以我當然就在你的臉上面了。] 然後﹐鼻子又對眼睛說: [你到底有什麼好本領, 位置為什麼在我的上面?]眼睛回答鼻子說: [我能看哪個美, 哪個醜, 還能看東西, 功勞很大。所以, 應該在你得上面。] 鼻子接著說:[照你這麼講, 那眉毛到底有什麼好本領, 位置為什麼在我的上面呢?] 這時候, 眉毛回答鼻子說: [其實, 我也不想爭位置。但是, 如果把握放在眼睛和鼻子下面, 那會變成什麼樣的一張臉呢?]

Everyone has eyes, eyebrows, a mouth and nose on their face: One day, Mouth says to Nose: ‘What is it that you do? And why are you above me?’ Nose answers: ‘I distinguish between fragrance and odor before you can eat, so of course I’m over you.’ Then, Nose says to Eyes: ‘What can you do? And why are you above me?’ Eyes reply: ‘I determine what beauty and ugliness are, and also see things. My contribution is very large, so I should be over you.’ Nose responds: ‘If you put it that way, what’s the purpose of Eyebrows then? And why are they above us?’ Which is when Eyebrows jumps in, saying: ‘I don’t want to compete for position either! But – If you put me below Eyes, what kind of a face will this become?!
